We were called in to Royersford because the ventilators in the lancet windows were deflected and the "support bars" were falling off. As we slowly discovered a prior studio had severely damaged the windows in multiple ways. There were many pieces of glass where the paint was simply peeling off because the repairmen had used latex house paint on replacement pieces. The bars were falling off because they had been soldered to the steel frames instead of being welded. The carnage went on and on. CHURCHES BEWARE! Always get references before you let anyone touch your precious windows!
