This lovely West Philadelphia home is slowly being restored by the the couple who bought it. High on their priorities was the repair of these old second floor windows. The lead had begun to break down from age and the glass was shifting so much that daylight could be seen in numerous places. We removed the windows for a complete restoration using new lead and replacing broken glass in each of the twelve panels. A lift was required due to the fixed upper pocket sash making access from the inside impossible.
